  • What are your business hours?

    Since we don't have a physical store, we are almost always available to help you.

  • Why is the delivery time for custom-made items at least 8 weeks?

    All unique items, such as crochet hooks or spindles, are handmade after your order, so you can always choose your special one-of-a-kind piece.

  • Can I add anything else to my order?

    This is, of course, possible. However, delays may occur if the order is for a further custom order.

  • Why can't I ship by consignment?

    We want your order to reach you. It travels insured, and we only ship insured, ensuring security for both parties.

  • How do I know if my goods have been shipped?

    You will receive a notification from us with the tracking number. You can then use this tracking number to track the status of your package.

  • Can I return my custom-made item?

    No, that's not possible. Custom-made items are made specifically for you and tailored to your needs. They cannot be resold to other customers.

  • What types of wood are there and why is there no list?

    You're spoiled for choice. From A for maple to Z for cypress, there's a wide variety.
